Apartment 1

The Servants Quarters

The Servants Quarters is a self contained apartment. There are four bedrooms - two have queen beds, one has a double brass bed and the fourth has two singles beds with all linens supplied.

There is a large bathroom with separate toilet, shower, very large bath and twin basins. Towels are provided.

The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and full compliment of crockery, utensils and cooking equipment.

A separate Dining Room has seating for eight.

The Lounge has T.V., video and a gas log fire to keep you cosy.

A separate exterior entry overlooks the small orchard and landscaped lawns and gardens. There are separate laundry facilities available on the property.

Apartment 2

Orchard View

The Orchard View is a 2-bedroom self-contained apartment. One bedroom has a queen ensemble and the other has a double brass bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, which is suitable for children.

There is an unusually large lounge/dining room, 10m x 4m, as this area is alternately used for small conference groups. Containing TV, DVD, central heating, full dining and lounge settings and reverse cycle a/c there are also 2 sets of French doors onto the verandah.

The bathroom has a large spa tub.

The full kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and full compliment of crockery, utensils and cooking equipment.

A fantastic verandah wraps around two sides with beautiful views. Interior and exterior entrances with separate laundry available on the property.

Apartment 3

The Fairfax Suite

The Fairfax Suite is a 2-bedroom apartment, one bedroom with a queen ensemble and one bedroom with a double brass bed.

The kitchen/lounge has a TV, DVD and electric log fire to keep you cozy. The very neat kitchen has a full refrigerator, hotplates and microwave with a full compliment of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.

A very suitable apartment for the less agile, The Fairfax Suite is located on the ground floor level with interior access and a spacious bathroom with separate bath, shower with no hob and a larger than normal doorway.
